All improvements subject to the Mortgage which were considered in determining the Appraised Value of the Mortgaged Property lie wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of the Mortgaged Property (and wholly within the project with respect to a condominium unit) and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the Mortgaged Property except those which are insured against by the title insurance policy referred to in Subsection 7.01 (k) above and all improvements on the Mortgaged Property comply with all applicable zoning and subdivision laws and ordinances
