Location of Open Outcry Trading Facility. The Corporation shall maintain the Trading Floor at its existing location for so long as the Occupancy Agreement, dated as of May 18, 1995, among The City of New York, New York State Urban Development Corporation, New York City Economic Development Corporation, Battery Park City Authority and the Corporation, including its wholly-owned subsidiary, Commodity Exchange, Inc., remains in effect, and thereafter, at another location in the Borough of Manhattan.
