Common use of Location of Performance Clause in Contracts

Location of Performance. Executive shall perform his duties and obligations hereunder primarily from the Company/s main offices located at Sarasota, Florida, and, from time to time, at other locations of the Company, Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive recognizes that he will be required by the Company to travel from time to time in order to fulfill his duties and obligations hereunder, and Executive agrees to so travel as necessary or required.
