Location of Place of Sale within Unincorporated County. Property Owners agree, for the purposes of determining the “place of sale” within the meaning of California Revenue and Taxation Code section 6010.5, to maintain said “place of sale” within the unincorporated portion of the County of Sacramento for the term of this Agreement consistent with the provisions of the California Revenue and Taxation Code. If the sphere of influence of any city is later amended to include the Property, and the “place of sale” is annexed or incorporated into a city, Property Owners shall not be responsible for an equivalent revenue stream to the County. Property Owners, however, shall not seek, support or pursue the annexation into a city of that portion of the Property (as defined in Section 1.2.20 above) where the “place of sale” is located for the duration of this Agreement unless the County agrees otherwise with Property Owners.
