Common use of Location of Records and Collateral; Name Change Clause in Contracts

Location of Records and Collateral; Name Change. Each of the Borrowers shall give the Agent written notice of any change in location at which Collateral is or will be kept and each office of the Borrowers at which the records of any of the Borrowers pertaining to Accounts Receivable and contract rights are kept. Except as such notice is given, all Collateral owned by the Borrowers shall be kept, and all records of the Borrowers pertaining to Accounts and contract rights shall be kept, at such location(s) as appears on Exhibit D hereto. The Borrowers shall give the Agent 30 days' prior written notice of any change in the name or corporate form of any of them or any change in the name or names under which any Borrower's business is transacted.
