Location, Scheduling, Duration and Term. Recording shall be done at a time and place agreed upon by the volunteer Musician(s) and the Employer. The maximum length of recording shall not exceed forty-five (45) minutes. The maximum length of the resulting Volunteer Promotional Recording shall not exceed fifteen (15) minutes.
