LOCATIONS OF PERFORMANCE. Executive’s services shall be performed primarily within the counties in California in which the Bank has located its headquarters, branch offices or other facilities . The parties acknowledge, however, that Executive may be required to travel in connection with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder.
