Common use of Lock-Up Periods Clause in Contracts

Lock-Up Periods. (Exchanges). Common Units subject to a Lock-Up Period may not be Exchanged (including by way of a Direct Exchange), and in no event shall the Partnership or PubCo effect an Exchange (including a Direct Exchange) of such Common Units, unless and until the expiration of the applicable Lock-Up Period.
