Common use of Lodging Allowance Clause in Contracts

Lodging Allowance. Employees on travel status who stay in non-commercial lodging shall be entitled to claim: (a) Effective April 1, 2019: $32.28; and, (b) Effective April 1, 2020: $32.93; and, (c) Effective April 1, 2021: $33.59 per day except where the lodging is supplied by the Employer. An employee submitting a lodging allowance claim shall not be entitled to reimbursement for commercial lodging costs for the same period.

Lodging Allowance. Employees on travel status who stay in non-commercial lodging shall be entitled to claim: (a) Effective April : July 1, 2019: 2019 2022 $32.28; and, (b) Effective April 39.32 $42.46 July 1, 2020: 2020 2023 $32.93; and, (c) Effective April 40.11 TBD July 1, 2021: 2021 2024 $33.59 40.91 TBD per day except where the lodging is supplied by the EmployerCommission BCER. An employee submitting a lodging allowance claim shall not be entitled to reimbursement for commercial lodging costs for the same period.

Lodging Allowance. An employee submitting a lodging allowance claim shall not be entitled to reimbursement for commercial lodging costs for the same period.

An employee submitting a lodging allowance claim shall not be entitled to reimbursement for commercial lodging costs for the same period.

An employee submitting a lodging allowance claim shall not be entitled to reimbursement for commercial lodging costs for the same period.31.65

An employee submitting a lodging allowance claim shall not be entitled to reimbursement for commercial lodging costs for the same period.
