Long Argument Lists. When your argument list grows too long, split your method invocation across multiple lines, with the first argument on a new line after the opening parenthesis of the method invocation, the closing parenthesis of the invocation on its own line at the same indentation level as the line with the opening parenthesis. This style works especially well for methods with named parameters.   • Employee Lists The Controller shall also provide with each payment a list of employees paying membership fees and a list of employees paying service fees. All such lists shall contain the employee's name, employee number, classification, department number and amount deducted.

  • Grievance Policy While Acacia University endeavors to maintain a congenial and responsive atmosphere for its students conducive with its educational purposes, it recognizes that from time to time, misunderstandings and disagreements may arise during the course of a student’s enrollment. In response to this situation, Acacia University has established procedures to resolve problems and ensure fair adjudication of student rights. Initially, disagreements, complaints, misunderstandings, and grievances can be resolved by the University by using informal discussion, exchanges, persuasion, and other informal procedures. It is the intent of this policy to maximize these informal procedures so long as such measures prove effective. The formal procedure provisions of this policy should be set in motion only when the informal procedures prove to be or manifestly will be ineffective. It is expected that the great majority of cases will continue to be handled in accordance with informal procedures. If a student feels that he or she has been treated unfairly or unjustly by an employee, online mentor, instructor, or professor with regard to an academic process such as grading, testing, or assignments, the student must submit a written statement of the grievance, including the allegation; all relevant names and dates, a brief description of the actions forming the basis of the complaint; and copies of any available documents or materials that support the allegations, to the Office of Student Affairs (xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx), who is the final authority on all academic matters.   • Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence. The policies and procedures shall be part of the employee's health and safety policy and written copies shall be provided to each employee. Prior to implementing any changes to these policies, the employer agrees to consult with the Association.

  • Employee List No later than five (5) Business Days after the Bank Closing Date, the Assuming Institution shall provide the Receiver with a list of all Failed Bank employees the Assuming Institution will not hire. Unless otherwise agreed, the Assuming Institution shall pay all salaries and payroll costs for all Failed Bank employees until the list is provided to the Receiver. The Assuming Institution shall be responsible for all costs and expenses (i.e., salary, benefits, etc.) associated with all other employees not on that list from and after the date of delivery of the list to the Receiver. The Assuming Institution shall offer to the Failed Bank employees it retains employment benefits comparable to those the Assuming Institution, offers its current employees.

  • SIGNIFICANT CUSTOMERS; MATERIAL CONTRACTS AND COMMITMENTS The Company has delivered to TCI an accurate list (which is set forth on Schedule 5.15) of all customers (persons or entities) representing 1% or more of the Company's annual revenues for the year ended December 31, 1997; provided, however, that Schedule 5.15 need not set forth more than the Company's 20 largest customers during such period. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Material Contracts" includes contracts between the Company and significant customers (as described above), joint venture or partnership agreements, contracts with any labor organization, strategic alliances, options to purchase land and other contracts which are not terminable on sixty days or less notice and involve payments by the Company in any twelve-month period in excess of $25,000.
