Long Form Notice. The Long Form Notice shall be in a form substantially similar to the document attached to this Agreement as Exhibit 1. The Long Form Notice shall be available on the Settlement Website. The Class Action Settlement Administrator shall send, via first-class mail, the Long Form Notice to those persons who request it in writing or through the toll-free telephone number.
