Common use of Loop Testing Clause in Contracts

Loop Testing. 5.4.1 GTE will not perform routine testing of the unbundled loop for maintenance purposes. NorthPoint will be required to provision a loop testing device either in its central office (switch location), Network Control Center or in its collocation arrangement to test the unbundled loop. GTE will perform repair and maintenance once trouble is identified by NorthPoint.
