Common use of Loose Bark Seasonal Restriction Clause in Contracts

Loose Bark Seasonal Restriction. All felling and yarding operations in Areas 3, 4, 5, 6, A, B, C, D, E, and F shall not be allowed from April 15 through July 15 (Sections 57, 61, and 62).

Loose Bark Seasonal Restriction. All felling Suspend all felling, yarding, and yarding ground-based operations in Areas 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, A, B, C, D, E, and F shall not be allowed 6A from April 15 through July 15 15, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE (Sections 57, 61, and 62).
