Loss of billing information. 2.2.1 In situations where there is a partial or total loss of billing information for a period, and once all attempts have been exhausted to recover the data, the CONTRACTING PARTY should remunerate the CONTRACTED PARTY, replacing the adversely affected period by a similar period calculated on the basis of the historical records for the 3 (three) previous months
