Common use of Loss of Gaming Licenses Clause in Contracts

Loss of Gaming Licenses. The occurrence of a License Revocation by any Gaming Authority in a jurisdiction in which Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries owns or operates a Gaming Facility; provided that such License Revocation continues for at least fifteen (15) consecutive days; or
