Common use of Loss of institutional eligibility Clause in Contracts

Loss of institutional eligibility. An institution that does not renew its participation agreement with its home state or pay its required XXXX fees annually is no longer eligible to participate in XXXX. At the time of annual renewal, the state must determine whether the institution still meets XXXX requirements. An institution can also be removed at any time by its home state for violation of XXXX standards. An institution that is removed from eligibility partway through a period of approval receives no fee refund.
