Common use of Loss of Keys Clause in Contracts

Loss of Keys. a. The Guest is responsible for any repair of any locks broken (and/or lost key(s)) during the course of the agreement, and the costs of any call-out fee to the Provider or locksmiths attending the premises, to gain access to the room or any part of the house.
