Common use of Loss of Keys Clause in Contracts

Loss of Keys. a. The Guest is responsible for any repair of any locks broken (and/or lost key(s)) during the course of the agreement, and the costs of any call-out fee to the Provider or locksmiths attending the premises, to gain access to the room or any part of the house. b. The Guest must pay the fees listed in “Other fees table” to cover any lost keys. Locksmiths are above and beyond this amount.
