LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO GOODS. Unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Order, risk of loss or damage to the goods furnished by Seller under this Purchase Order shall remain with the Seller until delivery to the Buyer at the address specified in this Purchase Order or to such other destination specified by the Buyer in writing.
