Loss of Student Status. In cases where an employee’s employment is terminated as a result of their student status being revoked, the University will provide the member with a notice of dismissal specifying the reasons for dismissal and copied to the Union, and the Office of the appropriate Xxxx. The employee has the right to request reconsideration of the decision, and the right to Union representation. If a grievance is brought forward the grievance shall begin at Step IV of the grievance procedure (14.04).
