Loss or Damage Due to Airlines, Services or Facilities. Bring Israel Home, shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage which you may sustain to your person or property, or for any loss or damage by reason of any delay, modification, curtailment or arrangement pertaining to the flights, services or facilities to be provided by BIH, or other Reunion Staff in connection with your participation in the Bring Israel Home Reunion and/or any extension thereof. It is understood and agreed that BIH, or other Reunion Staff assume no responsibility whatsoever, and shall not be held responsible for the operation and management of any of the airlines, services or facilities which may be employed in connection with the Bring Israel Home Reunion and/or any extension thereof or for any damage or claim arising there from or in connection therewith. We recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance in addition to the medical insurance they are required to have. This travel insurance should cover domestic flight delay or cancellation as well as personal property theft, loss and/ or damage.

  • Loss or Damage Lessee hereby assumes and shall bear the entire risk of any loss, theft, damage to, or destruction of, any unit of Equipment from any cause whatsoever from the time the Equipment is shipped to Lessee.

  • Portion of Products/Services Available If only a portion of Products and/or Services is available for shipment or performance to meet the Delivery Date, Supplier shall promptly notify DXC and proceed unless otherwise directed by DXC. Supplier shall be responsible for any cost increase in the shipment of Products due to its failure to meet the Delivery Date and/or if such method does not comply with DXC’s shipping instructions.

  • DAMAGE TO FACILITIES The Student will promptly report damages and request necessary repairs, in accordance with established and published procedures. The Student is responsible for damages caused by the Student. Damages to shared or common areas not attributable to a responsible person are the joint responsibility of all persons sharing the space or area. UCF DHRL reserves the right to charge the Student for damages caused by the Student. Charges may include, but are not limited to, extraordinary pest control charges, repair of walls, furniture or fixtures, and damages to common areas. UCF DHRL also reserves the right to charge the Student for a portion of damages caused to spaces shared by the Student when the person responsible for damages to shared spaces cannot be identified.

  • LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED CARDS If the Cardmember loses the Card or if the Card is damaged or stolen or if the PIN became available to any other persons, the Cardmember must immediately inform AEME by telephone. In addition, the Cardmember shall provide AEME with a written notification within 3 days from the date of the occurrence of any of the above listed events, as per applicable laws. All notices pursuant to this article must be sent to the following address: AMEX (Middle East) B.S.C. (c), P.O. Box 5990, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. Or facsimile number: (+000) 00 000000. To inform AEME by phone, call the number indicated in the Cardmember Additional Information Leaflet. If AEME is duly informed in the manner described above the Cardmember shall not be liable for any Charges made on his or her Card by any third parties after the Card has been reported lost or stolen. Failure to comply with the provisions of this article will render the Cardmember liable for all Transactions made on his or her lost or stolen Card until the time the Card is reported as lost or stolen to AEME. However, the Cardmember shall at all times be fully liable for all Charges including Cash Withdrawals even if these Charges were made by third parties if these third parties gained possession of the Card or any Supplementary Card or the PIN with the knowledge, permission, approval or other acts of the Cardmember or any Supplementary Cardmember or because of their negligence. If the Card is found after it was reported lost or stolen, the Cardmember may not use or attempt to use the Card at issue and shall immediately inform AEME which will take the appropriate action.

  • Lost Keys, Lock Outs The Resident will be responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys (e.g., room key, mailbox key, etc.) at a cost determined by the Manager, to a maximum of $20.00 per key. If the Resident is locked out of the Resident’s Room, the Resident will pay a fee for letting the Resident into the Room, to a maximum of $5.00, or will be provided with a temporary key to be returned immediately after use. Failure to return a temporary card in the time allotted will result in a replacement fee to a maximum of $20.00.

  • RESPONDENT LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY The Respondent shall be liable for all damages to government-owned, leased, or occupied property and equipment caused by the Respondent and its employees, agents, subcontractors, and suppliers, including any delivery or cartage company, in connection with any performance pursuant to the Contract. The Respondent shall notify the City of Xxxxxx Procurement Manager in writing of any such damage within one (1) calendar day.
