LOSS, THEFT AND UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CARD. 9.1. The Holder/Authorised user, if he/she finds the loss, theft, destruction, in the case of unauthorized use or other unauthorized use of the Card, and if he/she suspects that there might be a copy of the card, or if the confidentiality of the card PIN or of any personalized security element related to the card might have been compromised, must proceed as follows:
