Lost, Stolen or Destroyed SPAC Certificates. In the event any certificates shall have been lost, stolen or destroyed, PubCo shall issue in exchange for such lost, stolen or destroyed certificates or securities, as the case may be, upon the making of an affidavit of that fact by the holder thereof, such PubCo Securities, as may be required pursuant to this Section 3.4(i); provided, however, that PubCo may, in its discretion and as a condition precedent to the issuance thereof, require the owner of such lost, stolen or destroyed certificates to agree to indemnify PubCo and the Surviving Company with respect to the certificates alleged to have been lost, stolen or destroyed.

Lost, Stolen or Destroyed SPAC Certificates. In the event any certificates representing SPAC Securities shall have been lost, stolen or destroyed, upon the making of an affidavit of such fact and indemnity by the Person claiming such certificate to be lost, stolen or destroyed, Holdings shall issue, in exchange for such lost, stolen or destroyed certificates, as the case may be, such securities, as may be required pursuant to Section 1.6.
