In addition to maintaining 26 gages at NF-2 and NF-70 as provided in Paragraph 5 above, Licensee shall rehabilitate, 27 as necessary, and maintain an existing streamflow gaging station located on Lower Butt 28 Creek designated by Licensee as NF-9. An approximate rating curve shall be maintained 29 with periodic spot checks and re-rating as necessary. The gage and the data collected at 30 the gage shall not be required to meet USGS standards.
