Lowest Price Warranty. Subcontractor warrants that the prices set forth in this Subcontract do not exceed those charged by Subcontractor to any other customers purchasing the same item in like or comparable quantities. The Buyer or an authorized representative shall have the right to examine the records of the Subcontractor as necessary to assure that the prices charged under this Subcontract do not exceed those charged by the Subcontractor to any other customer purchasing the same item(s) in like or comparable quantities.
