Common use of LTI Clause in Contracts

LTI. Employer will award to Employee Long Term Incentive (“LTI”) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Amended and Restated Crown Media Holdings, Inc. 2012 Long Term Incentive Plan as amended (collectively, referred to herein as the “Incentive Agreements”).

LTI. Employer will award to Employee Long Term Incentive (“LTI”) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Amended and Restated Crown Media Holdings, Inc. 2012 2000 Long Term Incentive Plan as amended (collectively, referred to herein as the “Incentive Agreements”).

LTI. Employer will award to Employee Long Term Incentive (“LTI”) in a Long Term Incentive Compensation Agreement and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Amended and Restated Crown Media Holdings, Inc. 2012 2000 Long Term Incentive Plan as amended (collectively, referred to herein as the “Incentive Agreements”). The LTI target will be 45% of base salary for the applicable period, pro rated for 2011.

LTI. Employer will award to Employee Long Term Incentive (“"LTI”") pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Amended and Restated Crown Media Holdings, Inc. 2012 2000 Long Term Incentive Plan as amended (collectively, referred to herein as the “"Incentive Agreements”").
