Common use of Lubricants Clause in Contracts

Lubricants. Except as approved in writing by CITY’s Director of 9 Environmental Services on an individual vehicle basis, CONTRACTOR shall utilize re- 10 refined motor oil and re-refined hydraulic oil in all vehicles used by CONTRACTOR in 11 the performance of this Agreement.

Lubricants. Except as approved in writing by CITY’s Director of 9 Environmental Services the City Representative on an individual vehicle basis, CONTRACTOR shall utilize re- 10 use re-refined motor oil and re-re- refined hydraulic oil in all vehicles used by CONTRACTOR in 11 the performance of this Agreement, to the extent that such re-refined lubricants are available and do not void a manufacturer’s warranty.
