Lump Sum Contracts or Items. On all lump sum Contracts, or on lump sum items in a Contract, the City will pay the Contractor the sum of the amounts described in Articles 64.2.1(a) and 64.2.1(b), less all payments previously made pursuant to this Contract. On lump sum Contracts only, the City will also pay the Contractor an additional sum as provided in Article 64.2.1(c).
