• Terms; Captions The words “Landlord” and “Tenant” as used herein shall include the plural as well as the singular. The necessary grammatical changes required to make the provisions hereof apply either to corporations or partnerships or individuals, men or women, as the case may require, shall in all cases be assumed as though in each case fully expressed. The captions of Articles and Sections are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to limit, construe, affect or alter the meaning of such Articles and Sections.

• Headings and Captions The headings and captions of the various subdivisions of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall in no way modify or affect the meaning or construction of any of the terms or provisions hereof.

• Section Captions Section captions used in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only, and shall not affect the construction of this Agreement.

• Titles and Captions All article or section titles or captions in this Agreement are for convenience only. Except as specifically provided otherwise, references to “Articles” and “Sections” are to Articles and Sections of this Agreement.

• Governing Law; Captions The terms of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida. Paragraph and Section captions used herein are for convenience of reference only, and shall not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.

• Severability; Captions In the event that any provision of this letter agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this letter agreement will be unaffected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. The captions in this letter agreement are not part of the provisions of this letter agreement and will have no force or effect.
