Captions definition

Captions. The headings of the several articles, paragraphs and sections contained herein are for convenience only and do not define, limit or construe the content or scope of such articles, paragraphs and sections.
Captions. The words "hereof", "herein" and "hereunder" and words of similar import when used in any Basic Document shall refer to such Basic Document as a whole and not to any particular provision of such Basic Document; and references to "Section", "subsection", "Schedule" and "Exhibit" in any Basic Document are references to Sections, subsections, Schedules and Exhibits in or to such Basic Document unless otherwise specified in such Basic Document.
