Common use of MA Dual SNP’s Duty to Perform Clause in Contracts

MA Dual SNP’s Duty to Perform. Neither the occurrence of an event constituting an alleged breach of contract nor the pending status of any claim for breach of contract is grounds for the suspension of performance, in whole or in part, by the MA Dual SNP of any duty or obligation with respect to the performance of this Agreement. Any changes to the Agreement as a result of a dispute resolution will be implemented in accordance with Section 9.05.
