Machine Code. Machine Code is licensed under the terms and restrictions of the Machine Code license agreement (e.g., IBM License Agreement for Machine Code, IBM Agreement for Licensed Internal Code, or an equivalent) provided with the Machine Code. Customer acceptance of the terms of this Agreement includes acceptance of IBM’s Machine Code license agreements, current versions of which are available at the following URL: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/servers/support/machine_warranties/index.html or by contacting an IBM representative.
