Machinery and Equipment Purchased by Tenant. If no part of the purchase price of an item of machinery, equipment or personal property is paid from funds deposited in the Project Fund pursuant to the terms of this Lease, then such item of machinery, equipment or personal property shall not be deemed a part of the Project.
