Granting of Leasehold. The Issuer by these presents hereby rents, leases and lets the Project unto the Tenant and the Tenant hereby rents, leases and hires the Project for the Term from the Issuer, for the rentals and upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
