MAGISTRATE’S COURT JURISDICTION. The Parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates' Court in terms of Section 45 read with Section 28 of the Magistrates’ Court Act of 1944 as amended. Nothing contained herein shall preclude a party from approaching a relevant division of the High Court should they deem it necessary.
