Mail Received Sample Clauses

Mail Received. INSpire may receive and open all mail addressed to Customer or its Affiliates and deal with the contents thereof in its discretion to the extent that such mail and the contents thereof relate to the Addendum Services. INSpire agrees to deliver, or to cause to be delivered, to Customer all mail received by INSpire which is addressed to Customer and does not relate to the Addendum Services.

Mail Received. On and after the Effective Date, INSpire Claims may receive and open all mail addressed to Customer and deal with the contents thereof in its discretion to the extent that such mail and the contents thereof relate to the Services. INSpire Claims agrees to deliver or to cause to be delivered to Customer all mail received by INSpire Claims which is addressed to Customer and does not relate to the Services.
Mail Received all mail received is to be marked on the Case Monitoring Sheet and to be hole punched and placed on the appropriate side of the file, please see below.
