FDISG will address and mail to Shareholders of the Funds, all reports to Shareholders, dividend and distribution notices and proxy material for the Funds' meetings of Shareholders. In connection with meetings of Shareholders, FDISG will prepare Shareholder lists, mail and certify as to the mailing of proxy materials, process and tabulate returned proxy cards, report on proxies voted prior to meetings, act as inspector of election at meetings and certify Shares voted at meetings.
