Mailing Effective Clause Samples
The "Mailing Effective" clause defines when a notice or communication sent by mail is considered legally received by the recipient. Mailing Effective. Notices given by registered or certified mail shall be deemed delivered 72 hours following deposit in the U.S. Postal Service in the manner set forth above.
