Common use of Maintained Software Clause in Contracts

Maintained Software. A Micro Focus product for which Licensee has purchased Maintenance under this Agreement. The quantity of Maintained Software licenses is as specified on the Maintenance quote, invoice and/or order. Maintained Software must be obtained through a separate licensing agreement.
