Maintenance and Cleaning. Damage caused by the use of corrosive cleaning products, harsh abrasives, high pressure sprays/guns/hoses, brick wash, razors, or other harmful and damaging cleaning products and methods is not covered under this limited warranty. Damage caused by any non-factory modification or additional installation such as, but not limited to, blinds, security systems, air conditioning units without proper support, glass shading/tinting films, storm windows, plastic wrapping, or other similar insulated coverings shall void warranty coverage. • Any damage caused by wind, hail, lightning, acid rain, or other acts of God, intentional acts, accidents, negligence, civil unrest, or exposure to harmful chemicals or pollutants. • Installation or use of product near high moisture areas without proper ventilation and moisture management such as, but not limited to, pools, hot tubs, saunas, bathrooms, or greenhouses. • Damage connected with warping or distortion due to excessive temperature exposure or unusual heat sources such as, but not limited to outdoor grills, cooking units, or interior and exterior reflective surfaces. • Any window, which has been repaired or attempted to have been repaired or modified by any person other than an authorized representative of OKNA Windows. • Products exposed to conditions beyond specified testing shall not qualify as a manufacturing defect. It is at OKNA Windows’ discretion to determine if the product has been exposed to conditions exceeding the specified testing. • Everyday wear and tear, scratches, and marks. • Any product that has not been paid in full. • OKNA Windows’ liability is limited solely and exclusively to repair or replace components at its discretion. Under no circumstances will OKNA Windows be liable for incidental or consequential charges such as, but not limited to, labor cost for any purpose (including labor to replace or repair components, removal or disposal of old product, or service trips to do such), shipping charges, inconvenience, damage, injury to persons/property, or any other expense.
Maintenance and Cleaning. In bases of twenty (20) or more employees, the maintenance and cleaning of work clothes will be the responsibility of the Company. In all other bases, the Company will either maintain and clean clothes or, subject to the provisions of the Canada Labour Code, the employee will be responsible with the Company providing an allowance of eighteen dollars ($18.00) per month for expenses incurred in the maintenance and cleaning of work clothes.

Maintenance and Cleaning. 28.6.1 The Contractor shall keep all Collection vehicles, Mechanical Containers, and equipment cleaned and painted to present a pleasing appearance at all times. All Collection vehicles and Mechanical Containers used primarily for the Collection of Garbage shall be washed thoroughly and sanitized with a suitable disinfectant and deodorant at least once each week, unless the Administrator approves an alternate cleaning schedule. Other Collection vehicles and Mechanical Containers shall be cleaned and washed, as necessary, to minimize the potential for odors and nuisance conditions.
28.6.2 The Contractor’s Collection Plan must include a schedule for cleaning, painting and maintaining each Collection vehicle and Mechanical Container. At a minimum, the Contractor shall maintain each Collection vehicle and Mechanical Container in compliance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
28.6.3 The Contractor shall monitor, maintain and repair its Collection vehicles and equipment to prevent fuel, lubricants, and other liquids from leaking or spilling. Oil and hydraulic systems, and waterproof seals and enclosures, on the Contractor's vehicles and equipment shall be kept in good repair at all times to prevent leaks and spills.
28.6.4 Upon the request of a Customer or the Administrator, the Contractor shall provide a new or reconditioned Mechanical Container to replace a Mechanical Container used by the Customer or the City. However, the Contractor is not required to provide a new Mechanical Container to a Customer more than one time during any term of this Agreement, unless the Administrator instructs the Contractor to do so.
Maintenance and Cleaning. 6.5.1 The Service Provider shall at all times during the Term of this agreement maintain the System in the efficient condition which would include proper cleaning of PV modules. The customer agrees to, at his expense, to provide adequate raw/potable/government supply water at the Site itself, for cleaning of PV modules on a monthly or as required basis during the Term of this Agreement.
6.5.2 If, in the reasonable opinion of either Party, the condition or manner of operation of the PV System constitutes an Emergency, the Service Provider shall be entitled to de-energize and isolate. The Service Provider shall re-energize as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to any de-energization have ceased to exist.
Maintenance and Cleaning. Exterior building repairs and repairs to uphold the structural integrity of the building (e.g. windows, roof, HVAC systems) are the responsibility of the Municipality. Snow removal of the parking lot is provided by the Municipality. The Club is responsible for interior repairs and facility cleaning. No changes to the interior may be made without the prior written approval of the Municipality. Any interior changes must meet current code requirements and the Centre must provide evidence of such.

All space utilized by Curator is to be kept clean on a daily basis by the Curator. Curator is responsible for cleaning of their areas including dusting all exhibits, gift shop, office areas, break room, and admission desk. Center Operator will do general weekly vacuuming and windows. All tape etc. used to hang informational materials must be removed. Costs to repair damaged wall surfaces from these materials will be assessed to Curator.
