Right of Entry – Without Notice. In the case of urgent repairs being necessary, or in the case of emergency or other special circumstances, permit Swinburne to enter the Premises and/or Shared Facilities if the Licensee is not in attendance. Swinburne reserves the right to enter the Shared Facilities to access any vacant Premises during daylight hours.

In the case of imminent lock battery failure, permit Swinburne to enter the Premises and/or Shared Facilities for the purpose of changing the lock batteries. Swinburne reserves the right to enter the Shared Facilities to access any vacant Premises during daylight hours, or after hours in cases of emergency or other special circumstances.
