Common use of MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CHARGES Clause in Contracts

MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CHARGES. 6.1. It has been agreed by and between the Association and the Maintenance Agency that in consideration of the Maintenance Agency maintaining the Said Project/Whole Project and providing the Facilities and Services as set out in Schedule I hereto, Maintenance Agency shall be entitled to the Maintenance Charges including Service Charges and taxes as applicable.

MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CHARGES. 6.1. 5.1 It has been agreed by and between the Association and the Maintenance Agency that in consideration of the Maintenance Agency maintaining the Said Project/Whole Project and providing the Facilities and Services as set out in Schedule I hereto, Maintenance Agency shall be entitled to the Maintenance Charges including Service Charges and taxes as applicable.
