MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CHARGES. 6.1. It has been agreed by and between the Association and the Maintenance Agency that in consideration of the Maintenance Agency maintaining the Said Project/Whole Project and providing the Facilities and Services as set out in Schedule I hereto, Maintenance Agency shall be entitled to the Maintenance Charges including Service Charges and taxes as applicable.
