Maintenance Charges 3.1 The annual service charge for the Maintenance Service is payable annually in advance. Payment for services provided to the Customer in addition to the Maintenance Services is due on presentation of an invoice by the Supplier.
Finance Charges In the case of any transactions under Your Account, the balances subject to the periodic Finance Charge are the average daily transactions balances outstanding during the month (including new transactions). To get the average daily balance for purchases, We take the beginning balance of purchases on Your Account each day, add any new purchases, debit adjustments or other charges and subtract any payments, credits and unpaid Finance Charges. This gives Us the daily balance for purchases. Then, We add up all these daily balances for the billing cycle and divide them by the number of days in the billing cycle. The result is the average daily balance for purchases. The Finance Charge for a billing cycle is then computed by multiplying the average daily balance subject to a Finance Charge by the Monthly Periodic Rate. Your due date is at least 25 days after the close of each billing cycle. You can avoid Finance Charges on purchases by paying the full amount of the entire balance owed each month by the due date. Otherwise, the new balance of purchases, and subsequent purchases from the date they are posted to Your Account, will be subject to a Finance Charge. To get the average daily balance for balance transfers, We take the beginning balance of balance transfers on Your Account each day, add any new balance transfers, debit adjustments or other charges and subtract any payments, credits and unpaid Finance Charges. Cash advances are always subject to a Finance Charge from the later of the date they are posted to Your Account or from the first day of the billing cycle in which the cash advance is posted to Your Account. The total Finance Charge You owe for each billing cycle is the sum of all the Finance Charges due for the balances of purchases, balance transfers and cash advances. For VISA CU SoCal Topaz, balance transfer transactions obtained within the first 90 days of Account opening, will be subject to a discounted introductory Monthly Periodic Rate of % (corresponding to an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of %) for a period of nine months from the date of each such balance transfer. Upon the expiration of the nine month Introductory Rate period for each transferred balance, the Monthly Periodic Rate applicable to the transferred balance existing at that time and in the future will immediately increase to the non-introductory variable rate that would otherwise apply. The minimum FINANCE CHARGE that You will be required to pay in any billing cycle that a Finance Charge is due is $0.50. VARIABLE RATE. For purchases, balances are subject to a Variable Rate which is based on the highest Prime Rate as published in the money rates section of The Wall Street Journal in effect on the last day of each calendar quarter of each year ("Index") plus Our Margin. The Index plus the Margin equals the Interest Rate. Changes in the Index will cause changes in the Interest Rate on the first day of the billing cycle of the month immediately following any such change in the Index. For VISA CU SoCal Topaz balance transfers, following the expiration of any Introductory Rate period applicable to the transferred balance, such balance is subject to a Variable Rate which is based on the highest Prime Rate as published in the money rates section of The Wall Street Journal in effect on the last day of each calendar quarter of each year ("Index") plus Our Margin. The Index plus the Margin equals the Interest Rate. Maintenance Fees All maintenance and similar fees in respect of any Purchased Assets that are due and payable prior to the Closing have been paid in full.
Road Maintenance Purchaser shall maintain roads, commensurate with Purchaser’s use, in accor- dance with Road Maintenance Requirements in C5.31 and the Road Maintenance Specifications. Performance of road maintenance work by Purchaser may be required prior to, during, or after each period of use. The timing of work accomplishment shall be based on Purchaser’s Op- erating Schedule under B6.31. When two or more commercial users are simultane- ously using the same road where Forest Service is not requiring maintenance deposits, the commercial users will develop maintenance responsibilities and arrangements for accomplishing the work. Forest Service must agree to this plan. If the commercial users cannot agree on main- tenance responsibilities, Forest Service shall resolve the differences. If Purchaser elects to use different roads than those listed in C5.31, Forest Service shall determine Pur- chaser’s commensurate share of road maintenance and revise road maintenance deposits in C5.32. If Forest Service cannot perform its full commensu- rate share of road maintenance, Forest Service shall make a cash payment to Purchaser for performance of such work. Unless agreed in writing, prehaul maintenance shall be completed on any portion of road prior to hauling on that portion. Maintenance, as used in this contract, does not include road reconstruction or repairs of an extraordi- nary nature.
Unscheduled Maintenance Unscheduled maintenance may be required to resolve issues that are critical for Customer and/or performance of the Cloud Services. Druva will use its commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer at least six (6) hours prior to the unscheduled maintenance.
Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.
Operating and Maintenance Expenses Subject to the provisions herein addressing the use of facilities by others, and except for operations and maintenance expenses associated with modifications made for providing interconnection or transmission service to a third party and such third party pays for such expenses, the Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all reasonable expenses including overheads, associated with: (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities; and (2) operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities.
Facility Maintenance Seller shall perform, or cause to be performed, all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance required on the Facilities in order to meet the Warranty Specifications and Performance Standards. In that regard, Seller’s responsibilities hereunder shall include, without limitation, promptly correcting any Bloom System or BOF malfunctions, either by (i) recalibrating or resetting the malfunctioning Bloom System or BOF, or (ii) subject to Section 5.7(b), repairing or replacing Bloom System or BOF components which are defective, damaged, worn or otherwise in need of repair or replacement.
Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Once notification is sent to Customer this will be considered a “Scheduled Maintenance”. Any Service SLAs will NOT apply during a Scheduled Maintenance.
