Sanitation. If the Project/Service does not involve interior work, CONTRACTOR shall be required to provide and maintain adequate sanitary conveniences for the use of persons employed for the Project/Service. These conveniences shall be maintained at all times without nuisance, and their use shall be strictly enforced. The location of these conveniences shall be subject to the COUNTY’s Project Manager’s approval. All such facilities shall be installed and maintained by CONTRACTOR in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Sanitation. The Purchaser’s operations, as described by this contract, shall comply with all applicable State laws, rules and regulations concerning sanitation in operations. Refuse resulting from the Purchaser’s activities, including the use, servicing, repair, or abandonment of equipment, shall be removed, buried or otherwise disposed of in a manner that complies with all State laws and meets the approval of the Forest Officer. The Purchaser shall not service tractors, trucks and similar pieces of equipment on lands that directly drain into or are within 100 feet of lakes, streams or recreational facilities. No logging camp will be located on the gross sale area without prior approval by the Forest Officer.
Sanitation. Include standards, operating requirements, sanitation training programs, inspection procedures, frequency schedules, and management reports.
Sanitation. The Contractor shall provide adequate washing and latrine facilities for its workforce and for visitors permitted on the Stage 2 Site. These facilities shall be cleaned, disinfected, stocked with supplies and maintained regularly at all times and the disposal of sanitary waste shall conform to statutory requirements.

Sanitation. The Lessee shall observe and confirm Applicable Laws in any way relating to public health and sanitation in force and shall provide sufficient latrine, accommodation and other sanitary arrangements for the labourers, workmen and other staff employed on the Leased Land and/or in the Project , in order to keep the land and surroundings clean and in good condition to the satisfaction of the Authority and shall not without the previous consent in writing of the Authority permit any labourers or workmen to reside upon the Leased Land and in the event of such consent being given shall comply strictly with the terms thereof.

Necessary sanitary conveniences for the use of laborers on the work site, properly screened from public observation, shall be provided, constructed and maintained by the Company in such manner and at such points as shall be approved by the City's Representative. Company shall strictly enforce use of sanitary conveniences. The Company shall at all times keep the premises free from accumulations of debris and at the completion of the work, shall remove all such debris and all tools, scaffolding and surplus materials and shall leave the worksite clean. The work shall be left in good order and condition. In case of dispute or should Company fail to clean the premises, City may remove the debris and charge the cost to the Company.

Sanitation. The contractor shall implement the sanitary and watch and xxxx rules and regulations for all forces employed under this contract and if the Contractor fails to enforce these rules, the Engineer-in- Charge may enforce them at the expenses of the Contractor.
Sanitation. The sale area must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition during the operations of the PURCHASER. Any foreign materials or wastes such as cans, bottles, barrels, garbage, equipment, equipment parts, or other debris resulting from this operation must be removed from the sale area as they are used and at the latest, upon completion of operations on any cutting unit.
