Common use of Maintenance and Repair Generally Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Repair Generally. Except as otherwise provided herein and subject to Section 8(d) below, each Owner shall be responsible to maintain, in good order, condition and repair (i) the Parcel or Parcels owned by such Owner, and (ii) the improvements located thereon (but specifically excluding the Buildings) and the equipment and other facilities located thereon, but only to the extent that such improvements, equipment and/or other facilities located thereon are the subject of any Easements granted hereunder. The maintenance obligations of each Owner under this Section 8(a) are referred to herein as the “Maintenance Obligations”.
