If the owner of the collocation space fails to resolve the trouble by providing BellSouth with the verbal CFA pair changes, BellSouth may discontinue Freedom’s access to the High Frequency Spectrum on such Loop. BellSouth will not be responsible for any loss of data as a result of this action.
