Common use of Maintenance and Repair Records Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Repair Records. During the Contract Term, the Contractor shall provide monthly reports of maintenance and repairs performed on each of the Authority’s Vehicles. The Contractor shall provide the Authority immediate and unrestricted access to all maintenance and repair records during announced or unannounced visits or inspections, including total access to any electronic program or system(s) which maintain any records (present or historical) for Authority assets supplied under this Contract. The Authority reserves the right to require that the Contractor record all maintenance activities in an Authority-owned electronic maintenance tracking system. The Contractor must track part and supplies and labor hours related to any given repair order within this system.
