Common use of Maintenance and Repair Records Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Repair Records. Lessee shall keep maintenance and repair records in sufficient detail, at least on the same basis as records are kept for similar properties owned or leased by Lessee or any of its Subsidiaries to indicate the nature and date of major work done at or to the Leased Property. Such reports shall be kept on file by Lessee at the Site, and shall be made available to Lessor upon reasonable request. Lessee shall give written notice to Lessor of any Event of Loss promptly after Lessee has knowledge thereof.
