Maintenance Chargeable Area. For the purpose of payment of the proportionate Common Expenses and maintenance charges by the Allottee, the area shall be the sum total of the Built-up Area and Proportionate Common Area which is Square feet more or less. 26 In case the Allottee, with the prior written consent of the Promoter, obtains any housing loan or finance to pay the consideration envisaged herein, the same shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement and the entire obligation or liability in respect of the same shall be that of the Allottee alone.
