The right of the Purchaser with or without workmen and necessary materials to enter from time to time upon the other parts of the Building for the purpose of rebuilding, repairing, replacing or cleaning, so far as may be necessary, such pipes, drains, sewers, wires and conduits belonging to or serving the Designated Apartment and other Apartments and portions of the Building and also for the purpose of repairing the Designated Apartment insofar as such repairing as aforesaid cannot be reasonably carried out without such entry and in all such cases excepting in emergent situation upon giving forty-eight hours previous notice in writing of the Purchaser’s intention so to enter to the Maintenance In- charge and the Co-owner affected thereby.
