Maintenance Fee for Fiscal Year One. Upon full execution of the MOU, STATE shall invoice ENTITY for the fiscal year one Maintenance Fee. The Maintenance Fee for an ENTITY commencing integration shall be pro-rated based upon the date that the MOU document is fully executed (using the date of the last signature). The proration shall be in quarterly brackets, aligned with the fiscal year (which reflects STATE’s billing cycle), as depicted in the below table.
